1.    Granville Windows include a full 10 year guarantee across our entire range of products and additionally, the guarantees outlined below for complete peace of mind.

2.    You will receive a FENSA certificate on completion of every installation.

FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. It has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), with Government approval, in response to the new Building Regulations for England and Wales

From 1 April 2002, all replacement glazing in dwellings will come within the scope of the Building Regulations. From then on, anyone who installs replacement windows or doors will have to comply with improved thermal performance standards.

When having their windows and doors replaced from this date homeowners must ensure that they get a certificate form Local Authority Building Control or have the work completed by a FENSA Registered Company

One of the main reasons for this change to the Building Regulations is the need to reduce energy loss.

3.     An insurance backed guarantee provided with every installation by Quality Assurance National Warranties, guarantees your deposit and balance payments in the unlikely event of Granville Windows ever being unable to meet it's obligations.

4.    Additional Protection if you're buying products under a finance agreement.
Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, the agreement in force is a Debtor–Creditor–Supplier one. This means that GE Money honours guarantees provided by Granville Windows Ltd for as long as the loan lasts. Any advance payment made to Granville Windows Ltd is also protected. This additional protection is not available through bank or building society loans.
